There are two restaurants in the hotel. On the one hand, the extraordinary menu of the Albert 1er restaurant and its elaborate recipes awarded with 1 Michelin Star! And on the other, La Maison Carrier, specialized in local dishes and products.

1 Michelin Star Restaurant:

The fifth generation of the Perrine Carrier family opened this new fine dining and gastronomic restaurant. Today Damien Leveau, a talented chef, is in charge in the kitchen to find the perfect balance of flavors.

In addition, the restaurant has a wine cellar with 19,000 bottles and more than 1,000 references, 640 of which appear on the menu. Marc Henri Mialon, head sommelier, will guide you with sensitivity among great wines and beautiful discoveries.

Country Restaurant:

This restaurant is located in a part of the hotel with an alpine setting. Its chef bets on popular and mountain cuisine with a dynamic menu with fresh products. Here you will discover the sincere and tasty local cuisine.

getting there

Geneva is the closest international airport: takes around 1 hour by a fast track to Chamonix.

Taking around 6 hours by car from Paris to Chamonix.

Another very interesting option is to travel from Paris to Lyon by high-speed train (around 1 hour and 50 minutes). Once arriving in Lyon, we’ll pick you up to transfer you to Chamonix with an approximate duration of 2 hours by car.
